A Detroit native and Wayne State graduate, Renee Sheena has been in the real estate management industry since 2002 and has worked in product management, residential and property management. She believes in leading by example and is committed to providing exceptional, compassionate customer service to the residents of All Seasons of West Bloomfield and their families. Renee loves her job and the chance it gives her to learn from the residents and experience something new every day. When not at work, Renee enjoys cooking, classic films and spending quality time with her family and friends.
TAMARA ZONER VELLOZZO
DIRECTOR OF LIFE ENRICHMENT
Tamara Zoner Vellozzo started her career over 20 years ago, in the hospitality industry in Commerce Township and Grand Rapids. She then moved abroad, living for several years in Singapore, where she worked as the office manager and cultural event planner with the American Women’s Association there. As Director of Life Enrichment, she is very much involved in residents’ lives, interacting with them every day. Tamara’s grandmother instilled in her a deep love for the senior population. Her role at All Seasons is driven by a desire to honor her grandmother in her life’s work and a wish to bring joyful fulfillment to the senior community. Outside of work, Tamara loves learning about, talking about, and teaching about personal development and spirituality. She also loves to sing and enjoys the theatre, baking bread from scratch and spending time with her three incredible children. Her guiding principle is to live consciously and courageously through love and as love.
DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Margo Kendzier is a Detroit native with over 13 years of sales experience. Her day-to-day consists of introducing potential new residents as well as their family and friends to the All Seasons lifestyle. Margo enjoys getting to know our residents and assisting them with any questions or concerns they may have. She loves to see residents making new friends and taking part in all of the fun activities and events All Seasons offers. When not at work, Margo likes researching her family history and genealogy; her great-grandparents immigrated to Hamtramck from Eastern Europe. Margo and her husband also enjoy searching for and collecting vintage items.
With 20 years of experience in service and hospitality, Cindy Slay has been working in Senior Living since 2015. As Sales Counselor at All Seasons of West Bloomfield, she interacts with current and potential residents every day, focusing on empathy and taking the time to encourage and uplift. Outside of work, Cindy pursues her other passion, photography. Her favorite quote is from Mattie Stepanek: “Unity is strength…when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved."
Sam Sharkas has been diligently preparing meals for seniors for 28 of his 32 years in the industry. As Executive Chef, his day-to-day includes teaching and developing all kitchen and dining room staff, creating exciting weekly featured meals for the residents, and working with other community department heads to coordinate special events. He especially enjoys connecting with residents and making sure their needs are met. Growing up in a Middle Eastern family, cooking became a passion for Sam at a young age. His mother taught him everything she knew in the kitchen, and once Sam got involved in the restaurant industry, he put all she taught him into practice. When not at work, Sam enjoys football and, of course, cooking at home. His personal quote is “When we work together, nothing can stop us."

Farmington native Dee Bradley began working in Senior Living in 2015, after 20 years in the restaurant industry. Her deep respect of the senior population and dedication to providing excellent customer service make her a great asset to the All Seasons community. Dee’s daily responsibilities include managing all dining staff, overseeing the dining room, and most importantly, ensuring that every resident is happy with their dining experience. Outside of work, she loves crafting, interior design, spending time with friends and family, and serving her community through volunteer work. Originally from Lancaster, PA, Adam Snyder has been involved in Senior Living since 2003. He now oversees the day-to-day operations for all Beztak Senior Living communities. Adam enjoys interacting with people every day and helping brighten lives. He has a passion for tackling issues and finds brainstorming and implementing new solutions very rewarding. Outside of work, Adam loves attending his kids’ sporting events, golfing, hiking, and fishing. Daniel Novak a native Detroiter has been working in management, food service, and senior living for over 20 years. His day-to-day responsibilities include working with our culinary teams developing dining programs, setting and maintaining standards, verifying food safety compliance and ensuring quality. Dan treats each day as an opportunity to exceed our residents expectations by creating a spectacular dining experience from start to finish inclusive of food, ambiance, décor and service. When not at work, he enjoys cooking for family and friends, dining out trying new restaurants, and fishing and spending time at his cottage in Northern Michigan.

Joe Del Serrone was born in Michigan and raised in Italy, where he began his career in hospitality over 20 years ago. His experience includes cruise ships, luxury hotels and apartment management. Joe has worked in Senior Living since 2014, currently leading world-class brand initiatives to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience globally across the All Seasons communities. Joe enjoys getting to know people and strives to make a positive difference in the lives of residents and team members. When not at work, Joe enjoys cooking, Italian music, travel and quality time with family and friends.

With over 25 years of experience in all areas of Senior and Specialized Residential Housing, Rebecca brings a robust knowledge of Independent and Residential communities to her role. As Regional Director of Operations, Rebecca spends time at her communities supporting and training on-site employees in their daily responsibilities. She also loves meeting and visiting with residents, ensuring they feel comfortable and fulfilled in their homes.
