Meet the Team

Born and raised in Royal Oak, Michigan, Derek brings 30 years of hospitality experience (25 in private club management) to the team. He’s involved in dining services, social events, following up with housekeeping and maintenance, and working with the sales and marketing teams. He loves frequently interacting with residents and creating experiences for them to enjoy. His guiding principles are to be respectful in all interactions, treat others equally and fairly, provide as many resources as possible for others to be successful, listen much more than you speak, surround yourself with the best people you can find, train for success, and hold people accountable. Outside of work, Derek likes playing/watching sports like hockey, golf, and football. He also enjoys the outdoors during all of Michigan’s four seasons, spending time in the northern part of the state, and working on house projects.

Originally from Pontiac, Myosha is right at home in Oakland County, at All Seasons West Bloomfield, where she puts her 20+ years of experience to work overseeing daily operations at the community. With the goal of maximizing the quality of care and engagement of every resident, Myosha’s responsibilities encompass working with current as well as prospective residents –and their families– to address any questions or concerns, while at the same time providing support to her All Seasons co-workers. With that goal in mind, Myosha takes inspiration in the words of Dwayne Johnson, all-time professional wrestling great, “Success isn’t an overnight thing. It’s when every day you get a little better than the day before. It all adds up.” Perhaps that’s why she so enjoys getting to know the residents and, above all, making them smile… she quotes Marilyn Monroe, “Keep smiling, because life is a beautiful thing and there is so much to smile about!”

Leslee brings over 15 years of experience to the team, specializing in home care and hospice. Born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan, her day-to-day tasks involve interfacing with families, providing tours of the community, and/or coordinating any staff who also assist in these activities. Her guiding principles are setting a standard for behavior and attitude within a workplace. These allow her to live and work to her best while enabling others to do the same.Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, boating, and volunteering for many veteran organizations.

As Sales Counselor at All Seasons West Bloomfield, Bree relates she enjoys introducing the community to prospective residents and families. “It’s a rewarding feeling to guide, to assist our residents in opening a new chapter.” In showcasing the community, Bree especially values her role in helping ensure new residents acclimate with ease. Trust is important, she says, and listening is key. Her motto? “Quality performance starts with a positive attitude.” Originally from Plymouth, MI, Bree loves hanging out with her dog, Kaylee, and unwinding at her cottage in South Haven.

Originally from Onaway, MI, Molly brings over 6 years’ experience in the Wedding industry to her role as Director of Life Enrichment at All Seasons. Her day-to-day involvement at the community is helping residents create an active, enriching social life by creating experiences for residents to keep them engaged with their community and others. She especially enjoys bringing happiness to residents as well as fun and entertainment to their everyday life. Outside of work, Molly enjoys adventures with her dog Colby, spending quality time with family and friends, baking, and going up north. Her guiding principle is “sing even when you don’t feel like singing,” and her favorite quote is, “Today was good. Today was Fun. Tomorrow is another one.” - Dr. Seuss

Born and raised in Flint, Jason Kohler has worked in Senior Living and adjacent industries for over 18 years. Since 2003, he has been involved in nearly every facet of senior care, including Independent and Assisted Living, Memory Care, and more. Jason’s prior experience in the Hospitality industry was incredibly helpful when refocusing his career on Senior Living. In his current role, his day-to-day involvement at the community primarily involves helping to support the work that happens in the field, spending quality time in the communities whenever possible. Jason is energized by serving others and loves making a resident’s day whenever and however he can. Outside of work, he plays competitive billiards and also enjoys snowboarding, working out, and spending time with family and friends. His guiding principle is “Take care of your associates.
